Privacy Policy

Omonido (“we,” “our,” or “the app”) is an on-device invoicing and cash-flow studio for solo freelancers. This Privacy Policy explains what information is handled when you use the website and app.

In the current version, your studio data is stored locally on your device (in your browser’s storage). We do not operate a cloud account system that receives your invoices or ledger by default.

When you use Omonido, the following may be saved in local browser storage:

• Business profile, clients, and invoices
• Categories, transactions, and tax reserve settings
• Optional one-time Pro studio unlock token and related preferences

This data stays on your device unless you choose to export it (for example, as a JSON file) or clear it in Settings.

If you buy the optional one-time Pro unlock, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card number.

To confirm purchase and restore Pro on a device, we (and our email provider, if configured) may process the email address from checkout and send a short-lived restore link. That information is used to verify purchase and restore Pro access- not to build a marketing profile of your spending or ledger.

Unless you contact us separately, we do not currently collect:

• Account passwords (we do not offer password-based accounts yet)
• Bank login credentials or live bank connections
• A server-side copy of your full invoice or ledger history

Like most websites, our hosting or CDN provider may automatically process limited technical data such as IP address, browser type, request times, and error logs when you load pages. That processing is controlled by the host’s policies and is used for security, reliability, and basic operations.

Omonido uses browser storage (including IndexedDB and localStorage) to keep your studio available between visits. We do not use third-party advertising cookies in the current product. If analytics or auth providers are added later, this policy will be updated before those features go live.

• Export: you can download a JSON copy of your data from Settings (Pro).
• Import: you can restore a file you previously exported (Pro).
• Delete: use Clear all in Settings, or clear site data in your browser, to remove locally stored studio information. Clearing studio data does not automatically remove a Pro unlock token; you can clear site data in the browser to remove it.

Omonido is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region). Do not use the app if you are under the applicable age.

If we add optional sign-in or cloud backup, we will update this Privacy Policy and ask for consent where required.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Because studio data is local today, you can access and delete it directly in the app or browser. For other requests related to this website, see Contact below.
