By accessing or using Omonido (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Omonido provides budgeting tools, personalized tip-style suggestions, and calculators (Moves Lab) to help you explore money decisions. It is software for personal organization and education.

Omonido is not a bank, broker, tax preparer, or licensed financial advisor.

You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for compliance with local laws when using the Service.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of transactions, budgets, and goals you enter.
• In the current version, data is stored on your device. Back up with Export if you care about retaining it.
• Do not use the Service to engage in unlawful activity or to attempt to disrupt the website.

Tips, rankings, what-if results, and similar outputs are automated estimates based on the data you provide. They are not personalized professional financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. See the Disclaimer for more detail.

The Omonido name, design, and software are owned by the Omonido operator. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes unless we agree otherwise in writing.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OMONIDO AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

You agree to defend and hold harmless Omonido and its operators from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms, to the extent allowed by law.

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
