Terms of Use

By accessing or using Omonido (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Omonido provides on-device invoicing, a local cash-flow ledger, tax set-aside tracking, and light what-if scenarios for solo freelancers.

Omonido is not a bank, broker, tax preparer, or licensed financial advisor.

You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for compliance with local laws when using the Service.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of invoices, clients, and transactions you enter.
• In the current version, data is stored on your device. Back up with Export if you care about retaining it.
• Do not use the Service to engage in unlawful activity or to attempt to disrupt the website.

Omonido may offer an optional Pro unlock sold as a one-time purchase (not a subscription) for access to Pro features described in the Service.

• After payment, an unlock token may be stored on your device. You may restore Pro on another device using the purchase email and our restore flow, subject to verification.
• “One-time” means you are not charged a recurring fee for that unlock while we offer the Service in substantially similar form.
• It does not guarantee perpetual hosting, uninterrupted availability, identical features forever, or support for a fixed number of years.
• We may change pricing or introduce subscriptions or other plans for new purchases. We will not convert an already-purchased one-time unlock into a paid subscription without clear notice (and a choice where required by law).
• We may modify or discontinue the Service. If the hosted Service ends, studio data that already lives on your device generally remains there, but hosted features (including checkout and email restore) may stop.

Cash-flow figures, tax reserve percentages, and what-if results are automated estimates based on the data you provide. They are not personalized professional financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. See the Disclaimer for more detail.

The Omonido name, design, and software are owned by the Omonido operator. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes unless we agree otherwise in writing.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The product is offered as an early beta.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OMONIDO AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

You agree to defend and hold harmless Omonido and its operators from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms, to the extent allowed by law.

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
